17-year-old Katelyn Darrow wants to show others how easy it is to spread kindness. Darrow and her family recently started a new outreach mission called “Angel Deeds”, a movement that promotes kindness and positivity through every day acts. To kick-off this outreach mission, the Darrows chose to complete Angel Deeds in memory of each victim of the 2012 Sandy Hook shooting.
Now they are inviting the public to join them with the hopes that people will leave and do Angel Deeds in their community!
What: All ages are invited to come join us in doing an Angel Deed in memory of 6-year-old Sandy Hook Victim Emilie Parker. Parker’s family said that she loved making cards for people. We will be making Valentine’s Day Cards to distribute to local nursing homes, Meals on Wheels, Veterans and those serving in the military.
When: Saturday, February 1st
Where: Total Turf Experience: 614 Lambs Rd, Pitman, NJ 08071
